This will be sort of a current event of the Boike Family.
This is my 4th house. I cant find the 3rd house pics right now. These pics are also a year old. I dont have the up to date pics at my office, where i can hardly tear myself away to update my site. :) We had this house built in a new sub in Davison. If i find the finished ones at home, i will put them on here

I went to High School at Genesee Christian in Flint Michigan and College at Northland Baptist. Then I ended up marrying one of my best buddies little sister Dana. I am a self employed Financial Planner that works primarily with Seniors. I know that it might sound boring but there is more excitment to this job than you would think.

These are all really great. You guys must have made a great profit. Robert loves stuff like this, he works in real estate and does a lot of investing, also. Also, can I just say that that $18k house you bought, in Miami would easily be $180k? There's really nothing under 200 here. Even something like that would be well over $100k. Don't you feel sorry for me?

Oh I have a question...did you rent any of these houses out, or did you just sell them all? How quickly do houses like those build equity? I know real estate is a lot different than here, but how logical is it to buy something, rent it out and let it pay for itself, and then once it's built up enough equity to sell? And what areas are they all in? Ok I guess that was more than one question.

Thanks for sharing all those pictures jake! You guys did a great job. I can't believe that you bought a house for 18k. That is amazing!!! I know it was dinky, but still. . . I have never even heard of a house that cheap, to be honest with you. I am getting so excited to do ours now. We will have to wait almost two months before we can even get in there, though! But, I am making out my wish list now. You said that you put in IKEA cabinets, we are thinking about doing the same thing. Did you like them? Do you remember the ones that you got?
